Our training is charged per user, but users in the same job role can join the same training programme. For each additional user on a shared session, we apply a 10% discount to the total training cost. To keep sessions focused and high quality, this is capped at 6 users per group.
We’re also strict about grouping by role, so we can tailor the training to what each team actually needs. Most sessions fall under core business functions like marketing, sales, service or finance, with tailored versions for users and managers. In some cases, more specific roles within those functions may benefit from their own session.
