Lavida (wearelavida.com) helps British buyers make their dream of owning property abroad a reality. Specialising in Spain, they work with people looking for holiday homes, investment properties or even a fresh start in the sun. Lavida takes the stress out of the process, making it smooth and straightforward.
Challenges
When Lavida started out, they faced a few big hurdles:
- They were originally called International Property Network. The name felt corporate and clunky and didn’t capture the excitement and lifestyle appeal of buying property abroad.
- Their website was basic, which didn’t reflect their ambitions or inspire confidence.
- They didn’t have a CRM system, which meant they had no way to manage leads efficiently.
- They weren’t running any advertising campaigns, so they had no steady flow of leads coming in.
Our approach
We partnered with Lavida to tackle these challenges head-on, creating a solution that brought together branding, technology and marketing.
Logo design
We rebranded them to “Lavida”, inspired by the Spanish for “the life”, which gave the brand a fresh, aspirational identity. And we designed a modern, clean logo that speaks to Lavida’s mission of making overseas property ownership exciting and accessible. The name and design evoke the dream of “living the life” abroad—a perfect fit for their audience.
Website design and development
We built Lavida a professional, user-friendly website that became the cornerstone of their online presence. Key features include:
- Property listings integration: We connected the site to Spain’s property multi-listing service via an XML feed. This made it easy to display up-to-date, searchable property listings, similar to platforms like Rightmove.
- User Experience: The site is intuitive and visually appealing, with powerful search tools and engaging property pages to help users find what they’re looking for quickly.
HubSpot onboarding and customer journey design
To help Lavida manage leads and nurture relationships, we introduced them to HubSpot and built a seamless customer journey:
- End-to-end customer journey: We mapped out the entire journey from the first enquiry to deal closure, including automated communications and tailored email sequences.
- Team training: We trained the Lavida team so they could hit the ground running with HubSpot’s tools.
- Lead management: Leads captured on Facebook were automatically sent to HubSpot, assigned to the right team member and followed up with calls and email sequences.
- Deal management: We set up a pipeline with clear stages—Viewing, Offering, Conveyancing, Signing, Won and Lost—to keep everything on track.
- Shared access: Spanish agents accessed HubSpot too but could only see what they needed in order to manage viewings and progress deals.
- Reporting dashboards: Custom dashboards provided real-time insights into lead generation, team performance and deal progression.
Paid social advertising campaign
To kickstart lead generation, we ran a targeted Facebook campaign. Highlights include:
- Cost-effective leads: We achieved an impressive cost per lead (CPL) of just £5.63.
- Integrated with HubSpot: Facebook leads flowed directly into HubSpot without any need for manual input.
